The Boundless Retreat is the largest event we produce during the year. In addition to our volunteer Organization Team, it takes a village to bring the Retreat to life and create an extraordinary experience for everyone.
While most volunteer roles are filled by attendees providing service to the Retreat community, there are a few positions that require special skills, experience, and extra time commitment during and before the Retreat. These roles include the following:
- Care & Conduct Team Member
- Food Deputy
- Hospitality Deputy
- Set Lighting Technician
- Standby Medical
- Transportation Coordinator
- Volunteer Co-Coordinator
Depending on the role and time commitment, these volunteers will receive a discount on their admission ticket and/or lodging.
